Plumbing

Fire damaged properties must be assessed for further risk and properly secured to prevent further damage. We remove rubbish, debris and other sources of fuel and ensure the property is secured with steel shutters instead of wood for optimum protection. I would have no problem recommending Premier Property Group and their painters, the Painting Experts. I was let down by the original painter booked in and at short notice, the Painting Experts came to our rescue. They carried out several jobs for us – spray painting entire property internally, hand-painting doors, architrave and skirting and hand painting a new wooden stairs. They were very professional, courteous, and detailed from the initial site visit and were well-priced. I was very happy with the completed job.

After just over a year living in a newly built house, we came to find we needed some things move around, snagged or fixed. It was always going to be a challenge to find individual tradesmen to complete some of these works. Premier Property proved the perfect fit as they have every type of skilled labour to complete the smallest of jobs for us.

They created a great attic storage solution for us by inserting shelving in the trusses. The team also fixed door fittings and closings, wall mounted a TV, repositioned light fittings, plumbed an American Fridge-Freezer and changed a tumble-dryer from condenser to being plumbed. They also cleaned all the windows inside and out and power-hosed the surrounds of the house and the patio.

The work was done to the highest standard. What was most impressive was the cleanliness of the house after the works were completed. Workmen took their boots off on carpets, laid sheets down where needed and even vacuumed the spaces when they were finished. From the initial inspection right through to the completion of the work everyone we dealt with was very helpful, friendly and professional. Importantly the cost was the price that was quoted and there were no hidden extras. I will use Premier Property for any future needs.
