Property Reports & Assessments
Our multi-skilled team can conduct a thorough assessment of your property’s plumbing and heating, electrical systems, fire compliance, insulation of external and internal walls, key structures and internal features to determine what work needs to be carried out prior the property being rented. Importantly, all checks are carried out by our in-house team and are fully certified. A comprehensive property report is then delivered via the bespoke iSurvey app, detailing the degree of investment required and providing the insight needed to help the client meet their financial targets.

We conduct vacant property inspections on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis according to our client’s needs. We regularly inspect more than 2500 properties throughout Ireland, reporting on security breaches, dumping, overgrown grass and gardens, access restrictions, loitering and any related issues that might affect the sale of the property.

Vacant asset consultancy helps clients to make informed decisions as to whether building improvements will return a satisfactory return on their investment. This is particularly useful prior to the purchase of a property which requires significant work to return it to rental standards. Our team will assess the current state of the property and provide advice on what works need to be undertaken and the estimated cost of carry out the works in alignment with current building standards.

From time to time tenants will experience issues with their property from broken appliances to failed heating, leaks and mould. We work with the tenant to assess the issue and provide professional advice about the repairs needed to remedy the problem and bring the matter to a satisfactory outcome.
